Due to the absence of any updates in this section and especially due to the overall nervousness and turbulence, followed by the rumors about Portal's insolvency, we would like to take the stage and confirm the Portal is in a good standing and the team keeps deliberately putting efforts to preserve operational stability and fulfill all the obligations here at Survey Harbor.
We all must admit and take seriously the unprecedented challenges of the "crazy 20-s" and that the world may not be the same as the one we all enjoyed living and working in previously. Such an approach inevitably shifts the balance towards excessive precautions and reserves accumulation, at the cost of convenience and speed (terms).
Many of you have complained about the poor support and / or slow points redemption process. As for the support and replies to email tickets - we are currently cutting the business costs and optimizing the routine flow, including the support. And the points redemption process has stuck due the business structure re-organization. Ideally, one does not need to do such things once the business is running. However, we have no choice due to the challenges faced.
The more patient and united we are during this transition, the faster and more seamless the destination point is achieved.
